With the new parameters ( GOP, Matrix, Prediction, etc ) and a MAX bit rate of 1,150Kbps, 45 minutes should be...

Has anyone burned VCDs to Mini CD-R ?
Has anyone burned a KVCD or any other VCD in one of those little 180MB CD-R disks :?:
I would like to know, and also if it plays on standard DVD players.
Wonder how much video we could fit on one...
