Oh well, I guess then we can't use a constant CQ change of 4 = +-100MB figure :(

It really depends on the movie. And all are different!.

But we could use the 100MB as a MAX for a "worst case"...

I am running a test on "The Matrix" right now starting at CQ=74 at 352x240...
