But still, 99.99% accuracy on sample can be either -10% to +10% (or worse!) off target size on the full encode, specially if only 2% of the footage is sampled....

I would like to add that NO 1% or 2% sampling of a total footage, no matter how good it is, will ever achieve 99.999% target.

It's just that Inc. originally did the script (and the logic behind it), so it would be nice to "submit" your enhancements to him, and let him decide what goes in...
