If you're going to use TemporalSmoother, use it...

If you're going to use TemporalSmoother, use it with (1,2), if you have a low quality DVD.
If you're encoding analog sources, then you can use (2,2). It really depends on how dirty the source is.

There are "barely" visible artifacts.
