You can also try bbtools 1.9, available from the download section on doom9.org, and use BBDMUX.EXE. It's a command line tool. So you'll need to open a DOS or CMD prompt to use it.

You cant!. You can just copy the .dat file out of any VCD and run it through VCDGear, and change it again to a .mpg. Then re-burn your new VCD. The .dat file, which is your complete movie, cannot be...
