HAM radio operator's don't use the "10" code. We use "QAP", "QRX", "QSY", etc. So it's the "Q" code :D
That reminds me when I was 15, I started with a CB radio :lol:...

So indeed, it's a low power (~5 watts, FCC maximum for CB)...
