Well, my results are that audio is in sync in the DVD player (Cyberhome), but it stutters every once in a while. So something is wrong in the stream.
Maybe a muxing issue :idea:

Very small, but it's there.

I find that for high resolutions (ex: 704x480), the VBV value is too low, when selection *->KVCD presets.
The VBV size is fine...
