For the PLUS( FS=Full Screen ): 352x240(288) ...

For the PLUS( FS=Full Screen ):
352x240(288) ~120 X .75 = ~90 FS
352x480(576) ~90 X .75 = ~67.5 FS
704x480(576) ~60 X .75 = ~45 FS

Your steps are rignt, but instead of opening the avi directly with TMPEG, you open a .avs script that FitCD creates. After you separate your audio and video, you run FitCD...
