I looked at the VCDhelp site and read all the posts there. Seems they are having no luck with this. I'm going back to running the video and audio through Tmpgenc, it syncs when I do this.

I'm having the exact same problem as you, I can't get the mux to work on the whole movie. I wish I could get this to work so I could have the better sound.

I have the same problem with the sound as you when I encoded "Proof of Life". It's in sync in the beginning and moves out of sync as the movie progresses. I'm not sure of the settings in...
