ah thnx Inc. So this 9800kbps is just written in the header and is not the actual bitrate right? The video is showing 9800 but the audio bumps it up. Should I just ignore these error messages?

I thought kdvd was gop 18 by default to be dvd compliant

Tmpgenc dvd author complaining about bitrate over 9800 kbps

i'm encoding with mencodeME and tmpg saying that the combined bitrate exceeds the standard (vid- 9800 audio-150). When i take a look at it with bitrate viewer though it is not anywhere near that...
