New KVCD2 704x480 template is owesome. But, again, problems:
APEX 660: hangs on 3rd sencond. Period. when I raised fps to 29 only audio comes for 2secods and hangs.

But when I set frame rate to 29 in TMPGEnc, I get DVD comparable KVCD with which I am happy.
9-11MB/minute which is OK for Indian movies I guess as...

APEX AD-660: OK. But no play control.
