@dialhot: Sorry about that, I forgot in which forum I am. I still think it's better to have it unchecked since it splits up the GOP at some points of the movie, which can't be good for prediction... ...

Depends on the GOP you're using. If you use the current GOP used in all KVCD templates you should turn that option off, since it breaks up a GOP and inserts a new I-Frame everytime...
