TMPGEnc: ILLEGAL FLOATING DECIMAL POINT CALCULATION ORDER error

Ok dvd2svcd runs fine til it gets to the encoder step. When tmpg loads up then I get ILLEGAL FLOATING DECIMAL POINT CALCULATION ORDER error. Could someone please help. I want to test this software...
