For some reason, detect scene change always appears to be ticked on my version of tmpeg (latest version) - maybe its a bug with tmpeg.

Kwag,
A couple of things with the new DVD template. The aspect ratio has been changed to 16:9 form 4:3, is this correct? Also, Detect Scene Change is ticked and i thought we were supposed to...
