Virtualdub is NOT the best capture program by a long shot (in my opionion anyway! :D ) If you are using Windows 9x then AVI_IO is the best, if you are using Windows 2000 or XP , then...

the image seems a little "stroboscopic"( 29,97 and others).

i change my hd to one Maxtor 60Gb 7200rpm but
