Looks to me that you'll just have to lower the resolution or use two discs. You could also post the ToK log file so we'll see if there's anything wrong with it.

With the motion adaptive script, it's not a bad thing to get such a low CQ value. It's not an absolute value for quality, CQ50 with a higher resolution may look better than CQ70 with a lower...
