These are dvr-ms ota captures. I save them as mpeg2 out of VideoReDo (edit commercials). How else could I encode them...

Paranoia: Fit HDTV Capture to View Screen

When I load my HDTV capture into PARanoia, cannot see all of the picture and video controls (pause,etc). Have to use task manager to get out.
