Black Lines

I know this has been mentioned earlier by SS however he was referred to his earlier post... I have the same problem a black line at top & bottom and i have referred to the earlier posts and still...

I am getting the same problem as listed earlier...

I am getting the same problem as listed earlier ie Movie\AviSynth_Script_file.avs" can not open, or unsupported.

I am using dvd2svcd ver 1.2.1 b2, tmpeg 2.58.44.122 and dvd2kvcd plugin ver 1.0.5....
