Just to confirm, should i use 1/15/2/1/15 for PAL then? Also do I need to close GOPS?

As for authoring, what program do you suggest that will not convert the MPEG1 stream to MPEG2?

Kwag, this is exactly what I would like to do....

Kwag, this is exactly what I would like to do. Instead of having 5 vcds, I would like just one DVD with 5 movies or 15 series at the same great KVCD quality.

Kwag, actually, is there a way to burn MPEG1 files into a DVD compliant format. That way we should be able to burn 10 to 15 hours per DVD! That would be great to store series.
