1- Rip the DVD (only made from DVD sources) with DVDDecrypter. Don´t make any change. Let it selects the main VOB and the give it the destination...

I really didn't understand how you make chapter's menus. I also use chapterXtrator to get the original points and paste it on EasyVCD properly place. But only this.
