Recording Video: Best settings for WinDVR2 ?

Kwag or others,

What tweaks have you done to WinDVR2 to get the best capture results to MPEG 1 or 2? ANy reccomended GOP or MOTION settings?

I was thinking of capturing at 352x240 MPEG-2 4000K...
