I would just encode the audio files extracted by DVD2AVI separately with HeadAC3he as usual... then join them with mp3merge, try a search for it on Gooogle (www.gooogle.com). :wink: Haven't tried...

a=MPEG2Source("C:\part1.d2v")
b=MPEG2Source("C:\part2.d2v")
c=MPEG2Source("C:\part3.d2v")
x=a+b+c
