I think I mis-diagnosed my problem (again) as I converted to 29.97 by adding this code to the .avs file:

assumebff()
separatefields()
selectevery(4,0,3)
weave()

And I still have the same...

I am new to FreeEnc, but am eager to test it out!

Here is my problem:

In the past, using TMPGenc, I have been doing 3:2 Pulldown by setting the output framerate to 23.976fps (29.97fps internal)...
