KVCD: Mpeg too large?

hey guys

i'm trying to encode a 119 minute 16:9 pal dvd rip on to 2 cds.

i am using the kvcdx3 template with 528x576 resolution and cq of 100, i also use tmpgenc to encode the audio at 190kbs...
