Thanks for the suggestions. The sections I cut are usually in the middle. But I still don't quite understand how I could do what you say because I usually use TMPGEnc just for encoding the video...

How to cut/edit a section when making KVCD?
I usually use DVD2AVI, Moviestacker, TMPGEnc, BBmpeg, VCDEasy to make KVCD backups of my DVD's. I would like to know a good way to cut out small sections now and then. At what point in the process?...
