I've tried Kwags suggestion with Clip frame/Crop...

I've tried Kwags suggestion with Clip frame/Crop settings in TMPGEnc and processed the .d2v directly.
I used a resolution of 720x576 instead of 528x576:

I changed Min. bitrate to 400 and gave CQMatic another average bitrate (702 instead of 712).
I've seen your calculation of Bitrate and min bitrate in another post and tried it.

I've just played around with the average bitrate....

I've just played around with the average bitrate. I've used valc 0.0.5 to get the average bitrate. Moviestacker suggested a value of 726 kbps, vcalc 717.
Then i've set MS Precision to 0.71 and here...

i'm just testing with TMPGEnc-project-file set to progressive instead of interlaced. I thought TMPGEnc would set it right when importing the video file but it seems to be wrong....

Confirmed, it has been imported from my project...

Confirmed, it has been imported from my project file :!: Enabling/Disabling didn't change anything on prediction.
I'll try now with the progressive setting in TMPGEnc.
