Well I have to say that I lost access to my windows system (only NTFS read only acess), so I can't do a real paralell test, but encoding a sample seem to last 30% more in wine than in native...

HC under Linux using Wine works fine
Hi,
I just wanted to say that hc is working in Linux, using the wine 'emulator'. I encoded a 3000 frame sample, and I have to try with a full encoding also.
