eg LST to WAV/MP3/MP2, and i dont even know what a LST file is anyway

No audio whatso ever when multiplexing

I used this guide http://www.dvdrhelp.com/bbmpegedit.htm when multiplexing my movie. The mp2 file is fine as I am able to listen to it w/ no problems. But after multiplexing, there is no audio on...
