Double check it.
EDIT: coming to think of it, VDubMod doesn't have any Audio menu and...

You see, it depends on the source MP3 bitrate.
I have a 1h26m DivX movie.
The audio was done with MP3 CBR 44.1Khz 64Kbit/s.
When I extract the audio to wave file I get a 39.7MB file....
