Now I also use ImgTool along with DVDDecrypter.
ImgTool needs to know where the VOBs are and it builds the image to be burnt with...

I don't know if I understood you right but you must remember that ffvfw was doing the same thing when we were using output as MPEG1 instead of Raw file.
So maybe it's a libavcodec thing...

I believe system stream format is different than elementary stream format.
We all want it to output elementary instead of system.
Notice it's called mpeg instead of m2v....

I was hoping that the vbv had been corrected by 40 but in fact it was by 44 since now you have 72 minus the 28 you had previously equals 44.
I wonder if there is a way to tweak...
