I generally author my stuff using DVDLab, but I use forced subtitles and only 1 audio track (DivX soures), so it's not hard stuff... :D DVDLab also has a full working 30-day trial...

It's a nice idea because then we would be able to author with a free tool. But still we wouldn't be able to create menus... I really think that's nice to have a menu to select the movie...
