That should be a bug in usb driver of windows so. You should look at microsoft website.

Note: I always considered a usb burner as a nonsense, now I understand why :-)

Imgtool burn does, while imgtool classic makes the ifo first.

Go on doom9 site and site on the download page, you will see both imgtool burn and classic.

You should use a tool called "Imgtool". It uses Nero API to burn (nero must be installed) but never fails ;-)
