Okay, in the MA script just add "dest_anamorphic=true" in the gripcrop line. That's all.

What is setted in CCE is not exactly the A/R . When you set it to 16:9, the encoder will turn on 16:9 flags in the mpeg stream in order to have the DVD standalone that switch automatically the TV...
