Stream menu -> Stream List -> right click on the audio track you want to convert. You will find the same Audio menu than you used to have in Vdub :-)

All depend on your wishes. If you "just" want results, then Diko is good for taht. If your purpose is to understand what you are doing, then you need to use a manual method.
