You will need to process in two steps, doing 2 avs script and lauching 2 times qenc and you find THIS quicker ?
Let encode audio and video together, THEN demux the streams with tmpgenc and feed...

You're right for directshowsource (I didn't see...
You're right for directshowsource (I didn't see that there is a "video" boolean) but for avisource there is only an "audio" boolean so you can only choice between video and video+audio but no audio...
