That's right, but the purpose of the MA script (and others scripts) is to use filters that increase the compressibility of the picture without (too much) lost in quality.

That's why the CQ raises...

if you find the picture great with only "bilinearesize" into you script and a CQ of 43.05, I'm sure you will find the new picture fantastic !...
