BTW it's sure your mpg is corrupted, so you will have to reencode it, nor just...

You can use bbDemux that is part of bbTools...
You can use bbDemux that is part of bbTools (http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/bbtools.html). But it is a command line tool with no GUI.
Or you can do that with GraphEdit if you know how...
