I meant 4 files if you want. 2 idx and 2 sub. I thought that because I didn't know that you can put the delay in the middle of an idx.

The idx are the time index as you saw but didn't you notice...

You can convert them in textfile (format srt) with subrip via OCR method. Tehn use tools like timeadjuster or subtitle worshop to adjusts the times, and use the srt in you script with a "textsub"...

But you can edit it with a text editor and adjust the times there.
