vcdeasy gives you the time needed on you CD to...
vcdeasy gives you the time needed on you CD to buirn it; If it's above 80min then you need overburn.
VCD if mpeg1, SVCD if mpeg2 (or even with mpeg1 with some standalone that do not accept VCD).
