Check the length in seconds of the wav, the one of the mp2 and the one of the encoded video.

MP2 must be = to video.
And wav should be exactly (length of MP2*23.976/25).

And did you do also the framerate conversion for the AUDIO in besweeet ?

Note: I hope you are going from 23.976 and not from 29.970 !
