To me that doesn't sound logic as we do encode...
To me that doesn't sound logic as we do encode all our KVCDs at 4:3 means not anamorph (well its highly recommended). So for the player its not a matter if that final on Tvset 4:3!! played movie does...

You should know that some Cyberhome Models are...
You should know that some Cyberhome Models are very sensible according to min Bitrate in case of VBR encodings!
So maybe the one stream got padding in TmpgEnc enabled and the other stream not.
