MSVCR70.dll/Visual C++ Runtime/AVIFIL32.DLL access violation

For any one getting these errors:

1)Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (Runtime Error)

2)Access violation at address 73B552CF in module 'AVIFIL32.DLL'.

3)Unable To Locate Component...
