Anyway i have satisfied my curiosity now and must say this is a VERY fast and good quality encoder but sadly with a lot of problems.
So is this encoder dead now...

You were right Dialhot it was the audio that was the problem.
The audio is ac3 does ffmpeg not suport ac3?
Can some one explain to me how to make ffmpeg output...
