The .mpg file plays OK...
Another report.....
The .mpg file plays OK on BS player (that is: the video runs smoothly...without the weird increase of video playback.).
However......D2S has made a NTSC file mpg with 29.97...

My brothers DVD player (JVC XV-S40BK) only plays VCD (not SVCD). On DVD-r help site I've read that you can use a "header trick" in order to watch SVCD on this player.
