360/16=22,5 => 23x16=368 => 368-360=8 => 8/2=4 ...

360/16=22,5 => 23x16=368 => 368-360=8 => 8/2=4

Now add top 4 and bottom 4 then you get command:
AddBorders(0,4,0,4)

Am I right ?
