after reinstalling the codecs, i cannot load avi's into tmpgenc anymore...what do i do now ???

I installed one pack but it didn't help...anyone any suggestions ?
Maybe a registry error or some sort ?

i always could convert any of those files, but a month ago my windows crashed real bad, i fixed it, 'cause it wouldn't boot, and i think the registry maybe damaged, everything else works now except...

asf/wmv conversion problems
