Thanks for the reply. I tried using Besweet to change the Wav file to Mp2. I ticked use MPA decoder/downconvert sample rate (to 48KHZ) and clicked defualt profile - DSPguru MP2 for DVD....

Multiplexing sound with a KDVD has problems?
