frame skip is nota problem is a frame rate .. example have films with 29 fps .. u convert to 25 fps ... 4 frames per...

This version of menkoder suport subtiles you need have video and subtitle with a same name.
This suport only .sub and .srt

I copy tetra script subtitle parts and add suport to more video types...

Note, in new version of mplex (1.6.1.92)need remove "-m" in that lines :

SVCD
MUXMODE="-f 5 -m 2 -V -b 112"
VCD
MUXMODE="-f 2 -m 1 -V -b 46"
