DKruskie i had the same problem. so what worked for me, is that i also installed kvcdlite. but you double click it and close every thing that pops up. then it will install d2k folder to the directory...

Phil i tried using your scripts and even adding the filters recomended but it no one can help me cause it does not create the "TMPGEnc_Project_file_KVCD.tpr" (its blank and dvd2kvcd stops cause it...

thanx bazzy for the guide and the jerky movies tip ( i encoded a 528x480 movie and it was jerky but thanx to your settings it worked) but i was going to ask you is it the same way for dvd sources...
