My best capture is when I am setting the GOP to zero framerate 29,97 bitrate 8000 and I reencode with Tmgenc...

jerky movie capture
How can i get VHS capture with no jerk image ...
My video card = AIW 7500
Capture resolution = 720x480 bitrate = 8000
I am trying with many other bitrate and resolution ... result a bit more or...
